Dr Williams has been in active practice for over 33 years and draws from that experience to determine the most appropriate treatment for each individual patient. If the presenting complaint is acute pain, the focus is not only limited to relieving the pain but to correcting the underlying problem and preventing a recurrence.

She uses chiropractic adjustments, mobilizations, Active Release Technique, iQ Impulse Instrument adjustments, and Low Level Laser therapy to resolve current pain and musculoskeletal imbalances of the spine and extremities. When indicated, she provides instruction for core strengthening and rehabilitative exercises, along with lifestyle changes and dietary supplementation.

Dr Williams’ passion is helping her patients become healthier and happier by sharing her knowledge of chiropractic, health, fitness and nutrition.

Dr Natalie Williams holds her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She is a member of the BC College of Chiropractors, the BC Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.

  5. 30 minute ride on a bamboo raft with no back support
  6. 1.5 hours on a 1940’s train with wooden seats (which we think was original WW2)
